within our one to one readings we like to blend mediumship and a guidance card spread so we can connect you to your loved ones who have passed away as well as receiving guidance from the oracle card spread which provide messages of clarity and insight into different areas of your life, helping you navigate through challenges and make informed decisions. Cancellation Policy
Set out below is our Booking Policy By booking an appointment, you hereby accept the terms and conditions stated below. On booking your appointment, we do ask for Payment upfront. This is to be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking. If the booking has not been paid, then the appointment is not secure and will be open to being booked by someone else. Please note that we do not follow up to confirm a booking. If there is no payment, then there is no appointment made. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do this will result in loss of payment if you have paid in full. There are certain circumstances which upon emailing us we will make our decision, if we reschedule or refund you. Cat & Key have the right to cancel your appointment outside the 48-hour cancellation policy or less if they feel fit to do so, and a full refund will be given. Cat & Key provide spiritual guidance, which will help you make your own judgement and decisions concerning situations and questions you have posed for yourself. We have very high ethical standards, and therefore, all readings are treated with the strictest confidence. You must be over 18 years and over to receive a reading. Cat & Key makes no representation in respect of the accuracy and quality of information and does not have control over the content of any reading. We cannot accept responsibility for the relevancy or accuracy of the content given, implied, or expressed as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. If you have any concerns related to your health, the law, or finance, you should always consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional. If you take any action based on any information that you receive during your reading, we take no responsibility or liability of any kind.
