 SHIPPING, TURNAROUND & DELIVERY POLICY

All physical items sold by Rise of the Dark Feminine are handmade, custom-blended, intuitively crafted, or prepared with care. As such, standard processing and turnaround times are approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe does not include weekends, public holidays, or postal transit times.

During periods of high demand, product launches, seasonal events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may occasionally extend beyond the estimated timeframe. Delays may also occur due to supplier shortages, postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors outside of our control. Customers will be contacted via email if their order is expected to be significantly delayed.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or an alternative courier service, with tracking information provided where applicable. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent upon the postal service selected and the customer's location.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. Rise of the Dark Feminine cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from customs processing or postal service disruptions.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

 

 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the handmade, custom, and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged (subject to photographic evidence).

• The wrong item has been sent.

• The item is deemed faulty upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the customer's financial institution.

For hygiene and energetic integrity reasons, opened ritual oils, spiritual products, custom-blended items, personalised creations, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Digital products, downloadable content, readings, and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

 

LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, customers must contact riseofthedarkfeminine@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with any investigation or claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

• Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label

• Details of the order number and nature of the damage

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If an order is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that an investigation can be opened with the relevant postal service. Lost parcels will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with courier policies.

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
